Channel Configuration

Manage global marketplace credentials that power order syncing, fulfillment, and integrations across ChimpStack. Provide production-ready credentials for each channel so downstream services can authenticate securely.

Credentials are encrypted at rest and only visible to administrators.

Amazon Selling Partner API

Configure Login with Amazon (LWA) and AWS authentication required for Selling Partner API access. Ensure the refresh token and IAM role have the latest permissions aligned to Amazon's SP-API standards.

eBay Marketplace API

Store OAuth application credentials for your eBay developer account. Use production credentials for live order processing and sandbox credentials for testing environments.

Required for order syncing. Leave blank to keep the token already saved, or use “Connect eBay account” below to fetch one automatically.

Listing defaults

Business policies and merchant location applied when publishing products to eBay. Populated from your seller account once the OAuth connection is active.

Connect eBay account (OAuth)

Save the App ID, Cert ID, RuName and Environment above first. Then open the eBay consent screen, sign in as the seller, approve, and paste the code value from the redirected URL here. Use the OAuth option on eBay, not Auth’n’Auth.

Provide the Shopify shop domain and Admin API credentials for authenticated access. Use the latest private or custom app tokens with required scopes for order and fulfillment syncing.
